Senior Counsel, Tax & Mergers and Acquisitions reputed company (Remote Eligible)

Job reputed company: reputed company In the Senior Tax Counsel and M&A reputed company role, you will navigate the complexity of a reputed company of tax rules as they relate to reputed company’ legal entity structure including partnerships. You will reputed company internal counsel with respect to tax-specific reputed company to the corporation, including setting of tax function policies, providing guidance and reputed company for legal documentation and litigation across reputed company aspects of reputed company’ activities (e.g., U.S. federal, state, local and global reputed company and indirect). KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• reputed company internal counsel with respect to tax-specific reputed company to the corporation, including setting of tax function policies, providing guidance and reputed company for legal documentation and litigation across reputed company aspects of reputed company’ activities (e.g., U.S. federal, state, local and global reputed company and indirect)
• reputed company legal support for audits, manage risks and compliance from a legal perspective
• Remain reputed company on tax regulatory and compliance developments, tax law changes, and interpret reputed company legislative and regulatory actions relating to transactions
• reputed company and manage reputed company tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, and joint venture activities in reputed company coordination with corporate development, reputed company teams, and other tax directors/senior managers
• reputed company and manage tax due diligence for transactions, including contract review
• reputed company and supervise financial analysis to assess the tax consequences of specific transactions
• Assess and manage tax risk and opportunities for transactions

• Collaborate with director/senior manager peers to show leadership to the tax team and reputed company help drive team initiatives

• Closely collaborate with other tax teams, functional teams, global and regional business reputed company, and sector teams reputed company appropriate

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in tax, reputed company, finance, economics, or reputed company fields, JD required
• 5 – 8 years minimum of combined tax counsel and/or M&A experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate reputed company tax technical topics to non-tax stakeholders, as reputed company as work effectively with external accountants, attorneys, and tax auditors
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to risk assess in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem reputed company
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading the tax reputed company of transactions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree in tax, reputed company, finance, economics, or reputed company fields
• 8 + years tax counsel and/or M&A experience with 3+ years of reputed company management experience
• Experience in consumer foods industry preferred
