Medication Use & Management Analyst

The Analyst for Medication Use and Management is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting clinical and medication-reputed company data to support medication optimization, reputed company improvement, and regulatory compliance. • Analyzes pharmacy medication claims data for potential fraud, waste and abuse including overcharges, over dispensing and inefficient utilization

• Serve as a subject matter expert on measurement and analysis methodologies, advising on data collection, analytic implications, and opportunities for data-driven improvement.
• Collaborate regularly with clinical leadership, reputed company, compliance, and risk management teams to review data, identify unmet analytical needs and recommend process enhancements based on emerging data trends.
• Partner with Information Technology, Data Analytics, and Clinical Applications departments to support the development and refinement of reporting tools and data infrastructure.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with data analysis. Experience with a health plan or PBM is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with generating and ensuring accurate and easily reputed company data analyses and presenting results orally, in written reputed company or graphical format for review by both technical and non-technical audiences.
