About the Role: Under the general direction of the Sales Operations reputed company, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing new item records that need to be validated and populating the necessary business unit and financial attributes in a reputed company manner. In reputed company, the Sales Operations Coordinator will assist with backlog review, updating estimated ship dates for reputed company orders and fulfillment. What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for the internal item setup process and coordinating with sales team to ensure reputed company classification of reputed company item “attribute” (tax classification, reputed company area, type, etc.).
• Responsible for quarterly review of reputed company internal item records and completing any necessary revisions.

• Review, process and fulfill market development fund (MDF) orders.
• Daily review of new invoices uploaded to vendor/distributor portals and creation of item fulfillments based on those invoices.
• Assist Sales Ops Specialists with weekly backlog review as needed.
