You will reputed company customer service regarding billing issues while establishing relationships with reputed company customers.

• Assist High volume phone calls and chats from customer regarding their billing concerns
• reputed company excellent customer service to both reputed company customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Calculate price variance for incorrect billing reputed company to the customer.
• Handling and analyzing daily billing cases being assigned to the queue per territory.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• Knowledge of Billing procedures
• Strong attention to detail goal-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities

Desired Qualifications:

• Has good communication skills.
• Knows how to reconcile and review invoices being disputed.
• Knows how to Calculate price variance for incorrect billing reputed company to the customer. Must be amenable to work on US hours
