The Role: Our expectation of this role is that you assist our clients reputed company our email support channel and quickly establish yourself as a key contributor reputed company 3 months. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions and requests regarding RCM and billing software questions reputed company email using our help desk platform to help them reputed company solutions to their inquiries in an accurate and efficient manner
• Triage tickets, reputed company escalations to appropriate teams, and reputed company reputed company necessary details to ensure the teams are equipped to assist the customer
• Support engineering ticket creation, review and prioritization
• reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively respond to incoming customer inquiries across our single-channel support system
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding reputed company customer’s unique (and evolving) needs, delivering value, and exceeding expectations

Minimum Requirements:

• Medical billing background required- Physical Therapy billing strongly preferred
• Must have a highly analytical reputed company and with superior ability to troubleshoot/test use cases and issues in software
• Proactive, self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to learn quickly and autonomously
• Ability to multitask, reputed company records, prepare reports, and follow specific instructions
• Proficient in MS reputed company
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and adopt software

Preferred (reputed company-to-have)

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in functions such as tech support or similar
• Prior startup and/or B2B reputed company technology organization experience
• Experience with reputed company or similar customer support software
• Experience in any function of clinical or medical billing operations (clinical operations, data management, system management, information management, medical monitoring, RCM follow up, claim review and submission, etc.)
