The Corporate Counsel / reputed company Analyst will work closely with internal business clients to evaluate risks, reputed company mitigation strategies, and ensure legal compliance, while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior employees.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal business clients and engage them collaboratively using interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills to evaluate risks, reputed company mitigation strategies, and contribute to the implementation of those strategies

Skills

• A minimum of 10 years working in a reputed company or in an in-house legal department as a reputed company manager or legal counsel required
• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, and U.S. Bar Admission in good standing, is required
