Qualifications

MS Office suite familiarity. Previous IT Operations/Service Desk experience desirable, but not essential as training will be given. Highschool Diploma and 2 years of relative work experience or in a faced paced environment. Or 2 years of equivalent industry experience. 2 years working in tech industry is a plus. Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
