About the Role

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can operate at two reputed company simultaneously: executing flawlessly on bulk hiring while continuously raising the bar on how we do it. You'll manage cohort-based recruitment at reputed company - filling dozens or hundreds of roles at once while building trust with leaders through data, insights, and consistent delivery. • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple high-volume hiring cohorts
• Maintain pipelines with hundreds of reputed company candidates across various stages
