[Remote] Vendor Procurement & Contract Analyst (RCM & E.H.R.)

TruBridge is seeking a Vendor Procurement & Contract Analyst to support strategic sourcing and vendor management for their Electronic Health Record (EHR) and reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) product and service lines. The role involves negotiating vendor reputed company, managing compliance, and ensuring procurement activities reputed company with legal and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, ensuring terms are reputed company, fair, and compliant with company policies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or reputed company field
• 3+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in reputed company IT or legal operations
• 3 + years of proven experience administering legal reputed company or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of contract law and contract management principles
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in contract management software and reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Strong understanding of EHR systems, RCM platforms, and reputed company data compliance
