We are looking for a self-starter and solution-oriented team player who is excited to become a trusted advisor to our business, primarily supporting go-to-market activities in the Americas. This position will report to the VP, Deputy General Counsel, and may be based reputed company in the reputed company. Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate reputed company software license and reputed company agreements, partner agreements and a reputed company of other agreements supporting go-to-market and procurement activities.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, product, and reputed company teams, to understand business objectives and reputed company practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
  • Advise the marketing team on legal aspects of marketing campaigns, promotions, and intellectual property.

  • Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with reputed company activities and reputed company proactive advice to minimize exposure.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • reputed company membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in reputed company legal roles, with a significant reputed company on technology transactions.
  • Extensive experience with reputed company contracting for both on-reputed company software licensing and Software as a Service (reputed company) agreements.
  • Proven experience leading and managing reputed company of legal professionals.
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with reputed company stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, and procurement functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous in-house experience at a technology and/or international company.
  • Familiarity with data protection law and other reputed company regimes, preferably in a technology context.
  • Experience with reputed company sector (Fed/SLED), health care, financial services, or other regulated industries.
