We are looking for a self-starter and solution-oriented team player who is excited to become a trusted advisor to our business, primarily supporting go-to-market activities in the Americas. This position will report to the VP, Deputy General Counsel, and may be based reputed company in the reputed company. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in reputed company legal roles, with a significant reputed company on technology transactions.
- Extensive experience with reputed company contracting for both on-reputed company software licensing and Software as a Service (reputed company) agreements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous in-house experience at a technology and/or international company.
