General Construction Project Manager

reputed company Reporting to the Division Vice President of Operations (General Construction), the Project Manager is responsible for reputed company facets of project management including budgeting, scheduling, tracking, procurement, document control, reputed company, and managing multiple Concrete/General Contracting reputed company. Duties include coordinating multiple reputed company while collaborating across people, suppliers, and stakeholders. This role is based out of Lexington, but will need to travel to Cincinnati for up to two days per week. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage reputed company construction activities coordinating work and schedules with division leaders and the project team
• Evaluate and determine appropriate construction reputed company and strategies employing the most cost-effective plan and schedule
• Review drawings and specifications, monitor reputed company, and ensure compliance with plans and schedules
• Assist with the preparation of competitive job estimates by interpreting drawings and bid documents
• Assist with, reputed company, and write sub-reputed company and purchase orders as required.
• Establish, reputed company, and manage project schedule ensuring critical reputed company requirements are achieved
• Manage submittal process, ensuring that reputed company submittal information is reviewed and routed for necessary approval

• Work closely with operations management and Field Operations Manager regarding resources required to meet project schedule
• Assist with safety compliance

• The ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, reputed company, manuals, technical correspondence, and written instructions
• Knowledge of construction computer programs and software
• Experience in reputed company and construction procurement process
• Firm grasp of job estimates components, the drawings, and specifications to properly relate back to the estimate
• Understanding of full lifecycle of reputed company from initial award through contract closeout.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management

• Knowledge of construction management programs (reputed company is a plus)
