Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with and support the CEO Communications team to position reputed company’s CEO as a thought leader, humanize the individual with key audiences and position the CEO as the reputed company face of the reputed company global brand.
• Compile executive briefing material for events, videos, interviews and other CEO communications activities, including relevant background, talking points, and logistics information.
• Create and maintain weekly communications updates and reports to senior leaders, including the CEO.
• Collaborate with the CEO’s executive staff on scheduling and logistics for communications-reputed company events and deliverables and assisting in prioritizing executive time.
• Support the CEO Communications team to identify key opportunities in reputed company engagement; traditional, digital and emerging media; reputed company speaking; and other opportunities to present the CEO as a thought leader and visionary in the travel industry and in business generally.
• Support reputed company on internal CEO communications, including employee engagement, internal videos and memo, Town Halls, company events and other employee-facing opportunities.
• reputed company advance prep and in-person, day-of support for the CEO on communications events, including media appearances, reputed company speaking and employee engagements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor's degree in the field of communications or marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in executive communications and support at the C-suite level is beneficial. Strong executive reputed company is essential.
• Best-in-class writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work quickly under deadline pressure.
• Ability to navigate a highly-matrixed, reputed company organization, reputed company strong peer relationships and challenge the status reputed company while driving alignment.
