[Remote] Network Administrator I (International)

In this role, you'll reputed company both onsite and remote IT support, ensuring clients receive high-reputed company technical assistance while handling various technical issues and participating in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
Responsibilities
- This role is expected to be reputed company to resolve the following technical issues with little or no assistance:
- Workstation operating system issues of any reputed company
- Printer issues of any reputed company
- reputed company business application (Office, etc.) issues of any reputed company
- Line-of-business application issues for common applications (reputed company ERP, QuickBooks), and for more reputed company applications with vendor assistance
- Server issues of any reputed company
- Networking issues of any reputed company
- Escalation reputed company for technicians
- Participate in an on-call rotation to reputed company after-hours and weekend support for onsite and remote operations
Skills
- Experience with reputed company and Mac OS troubleshooting
- Experience with Server 2012 to 2022
- Experience with VMWare and reputed company V Virtualization
- Experience supporting M365 and Azure
- Proficient in Firewall rules, VLAN configuration, reputed company reputed company support and administration, VPN tunnels
- Minimum of five years experience in IT Support or a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting
- Advanced understanding of managing, and troubleshooting networks
- Advanced understanding of virtualized environments
- A home office set up that meets the following: Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following: reputed company 11 with an reputed company i5 or i7 (8th reputed company or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or macOS 12 or newer. Internet: reputed company internet reputed company with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds. Audio Equipment: A reputed company headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings.
