In-House Counsel, Trademark & Licensing

Position reputed company reputed company is seeking an reputed company and business-minded attorney to join our in-house legal team. This role focuses on managing our global trademark portfolio, protecting our legendary brands, and negotiating licensing agreements that bring the reputed company reputed company to life in exciting new ways. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience at a top-tier corporate reputed company, with a concentration in trademark law, licensing, and reputed company transactions. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will serve as reputed company's primary legal expert on trademark and licensing reputed company. You will work closely with our product, marketing, and business development teams to ensure reputed company's intellectual property is protected and leveraged in line with our brand values and reputed company goals. Key Responsibilities:

• IP & Brand Protection
• Manage reputed company's worldwide trademark and copyright portfolio, including filings, renewals, and enforcement actions.
• Conduct clearance searches for new products, games, and initiatives, advising on brand reputed company and legal risk.

Qualifications
