What you'll do We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to reputed company backend development initiatives reputed company the ClarOps team. This role goes reputed company coding: you’ll help shape technical direction, foster engineering best practices, and ensure the performance and scalability of backend systems that directly support Clara’s operational efficiency. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Must haves

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Proficiency in Java (minimum version 8; ideally version 17) and Spring Boot 3
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA, and relational/NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems using Kafka

• Familiarity with reputed company platforms, preferably AWS
• Deep knowledge of software design principles and testing strategies
