The Assistant Manager is a key resource and part of a small management team responsible for the reputed company of gym operations to ensure an exceptional ?Judgement Free? member experience as reputed company as a financially successful club. Responsibilities and Duties
Essential Duties
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for reputed company members, prospective members and guests and ensure staff follows superior customer service guidelines.

- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a reputed company of questions.

- Take prospective members on tours.

- Assist the Club Manager to recruit, hire, train and reputed company a high performing staff consisting of Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians.

- Assist in scheduling and supervising staff.

- Must be 18 year of age or older.
