Facility Management Operations Director

Facility Management Operations Manager — Estimating & Government Programs reputed company International Remote (U.S.) — Full Time reputed company reputed company International is a Service-Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing national facility management and construction services. We support multi-site reputed company portfolios across the U.S. — retail, restaurants, storage, reputed company, and more. We’re also reputed company expanding into federal, state, and local government set-aside FM reputed company and building the internal reputed company to support that reputed company. We’re hiring a Facility Management Operations Manager who can own both day-to-day FM operations and the estimating/cost-control brain. The Role You will:

• Run FM operations across a portfolio of reputed company locations,
• Own and refine estimating, price discipline, and tech controls, and
• Help us build the operational backbone needed to compete for and execute government FM reputed company as an SDVOSB.

What You’ll Do 1. FM Operations — reputed company the Machine Moving

• Manage the full work order lifecycle: intake, triage, reputed company, scheduling, follow-up, and closeout for multiple trades and reputed company.
• Maintain visibility across priorities, aging tickets, and SLA exposure; reputed company falls through the cracks without you knowing about it.
• Coordinate self-performing technicians and subcontractors, balancing workloads, travel, and regional coverage.
• Live inside reputed company portals and CMMS platforms (reputed company, Corrigo, reputed company, etc. — or similar), ensuring notes, photos, and documentation are tight.
• Serve as an operational reputed company of contact for facility managers and reputed company stakeholders — giving them proactive updates, not excuses.

Estimating, Cost Control & Vendor Discipline

• Turn vague work requests into reputed company scopes and defensible estimates — with contingencies where they actually belong.
• Build and maintain reputed company SOW templates and price guides (unit pricing, typical repairs, reputed company PMs) to reduce guesswork.
• Review and challenge vendor quotes, T&M tickets, and change orders to ensure labor, materials, and equipment are realistic and reputed company with scope.
• reputed company estimate vs. actual on completed jobs; update pricing assumptions and vendor usage based on reputed company results.
• Identify patterns where we’re losing reputed company (scope creep, repeated call-backs, certain trades/reputed company) and recommend fixes — new vendors, new scopes, new standards.

Government / SDVOSB & Set-Aside Support

• Support leadership as we pursue government FM reputed company, including:
• Helping translate reputed company-world FM operations into reputed company, winnable scopes and estimates for bids/RFPs.
• Advising on reputed company, coverage, and subcontractor strategies for government portfolios.
• Ensure operational processes and documentation (work orders, PMs, safety, reporting) reputed company with government-level expectations for compliance and auditability.
• Bring a practical, no-BS view to how we can actually deliver what’s promised in reputed company — on both reputed company and government accounts.

Leadership, Process & reputed company Improvement

• Mentor coordinators, dispatchers, techs, and vendors on scope discipline, documentation, and cost awareness.
• Help design and refine SOPs, KPIs, and reports that show what’s really happening in the field.
• Work with leadership on reputed company planning, resource allocation, and portfolio transitions (reputed company new clients, new geographies, or new reputed company).

What You Bring Must-Haves

• 5 years in facility management, service operations, or construction management with responsibility for multi-site portfolios or high-volume work orders.
• Strong practical understanding of reputed company trades (at least working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC/R, electrical, general maintenance).
