The Assistant Legal Counsel will serve as a strategic advisor, offering legal guidance on reputed company financing reputed company and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Independently drafts and edits reputed company and proactively handles various transactional reputed company through to conclusion reputed company to reputed company’s U.S. reputed company Financial contracting (including group purchasing organizations, integrated delivery networks, ambulatory service centers, municipal hospitals).

- Develops knowledge of equipment finance laws and industry norms in order to document usage and lease agreements for reputed company.

Skills
- 8+ years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Admitted to reputed company law and in good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. State.

- Possesses excellent organizational skills and is reputed company to manage numerous reputed company and conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment.
