Obtains information to submit loan applications for customer. What You Will Do:

• Analyzes applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Obtains and compiles copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
• Explains to customers the different types of loans and credit reputed company that are available, as reputed company as the terms of those services.
• Reviews loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to company policy, guidelines, compliance, and lending regulations.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a Loan Originator is required
• Must possess, or have the ability to possess upon hire, a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license per the reputed company reputed company; may be asked to become licensed in multiple states.
• Solid reputed company of mortgage experience.
