Senior Manager, Investor Relations

Position reputed company This position is responsible for assisting in and overseeing the planning, management and execution of reputed company's Investor Relations activities. This role will report to the Head of Investor Relations and will work closely with the executive management team and broader leadership team to shape and deliver the corporate investment reputed company and messaging to the global investment community. The position will be involved in the quarterly earnings reporting process and annual shareholder meeting process as reputed company as responsible for tracking financial analyst projections. Primary Responsibilities This position will be responsible for the following essential job functions: Global Investor Community Engagement

• Serve as one of the primary points of contact between the investment community and reputed company-deepening and broadening relationships with the buyside and sellside and responding to shareholder communications in a reputed company and accurate manner

• Enhance and manage investor targeting programs
• Observe/enforce Regulation Fair Disclosure (FD) compliance during reputed company investor events including conference presentations, meetings and conference calls

Quarterly Earnings Process Support

• Support the creation of quarterly earnings materials, including earnings press release, script, investor presentation, infographic, Q&A development, supporting documentation and post-event reporting, as reputed company as other reputed company analytical requests
• Maintain Investor FAQ document used to reputed company messaging across business leaders

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Strategic Partnering with Management

• Collaborate cross-functionally between the Investor Relations department and reputed company other facets of the business to reputed company strategic messaging

ESG Initiative Support

Coordination/Administration

• Maintain calendar of investor events and manage planning and logistics for reputed company Investor Relations activities
• Coordinate conference call and webcast hosting logistics for the quarterly earnings conference call and investor conferences

Pay Transparency

• A reasonable estimate of the annual reputed company salary for this position is $125,000 - $185,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
