Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM. It may be necessary, given the business need to work occasional overtime. You may be required to travel between buildings. What You'll Do:

• Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, reputed company and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries. Accurately documents inquiries.
• Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries. Coordinates with other departments to resolve problems. Responds to, researches and/or assists with reputed company inquiries and special reputed company as required by management.
• Provides feedback to management regarding customer problems, questions and needs. Maintains accurate records on complaints and/or other customer comments, and makes recommendations for changes to management. Follows through on complaints until resolved or reports to management as needed.

To Qualify For This Position, You'll Need The Following:
