The role will work cross-functionally with Legal, Trust, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Communication teams. This role reports to the Director of reputed company. In-office meetings occur once a quarter at rotating office locations, and this attorney will be expected to attend for strategic collaboration and relationship building. Responsibilities include:

• Providing practical and actionable legal guidance regarding risks and obligations under global laws reputed company to data protection, children’s reputed company, and incident management (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, HIPAA and U.S. state laws), and relevant regulatory and enforcement precedent.
• Communicating reputed company requirements and guidance to other teams, including Engineering, Trust, Data, Communications, Product, and other teams reputed company the Legal department.

Requirements include:

• 4-7+ years of legal experience.
• JD degree from an accredited law school (or foreign equivalent) with membership in good standing in a US state bar.
• Deep understanding of global reputed company laws, regulations, and frameworks (e.g. GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, ISO 27001) and reputed company into the reputed company industry, applicable laws, and emerging trends.
• Experience with industry-specific reputed company regulations (e.g., COPPA, FERPA, HIPAA, AADC).
• Passionate about the intersection of technology, law, and business.

The expected reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $265K - $295K, plus equity. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including a candidate’s years of legal experience and directly relevant reputed company experience, qualifications and geographic location.
