[Remote] reputed company Operations Manager

They are seeking a reputed company Operations Manager to partner with Sales and Partnerships leadership, analyze performance data, and manage operational cycles that drive business insights.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a go-to business partner for Sales and Partnerships leadership, translating data into recommendations that shape how they run their business
- Analyze churn, win-loss, deal slippage, and pipeline trends across U.S. and U.K. Sales to surface insights for leadership
- Drive quota-setting execution reputed company quarter — account assignments, splits, and stakeholder communication to build buy-in
- Administer compensation in Everstage — calculating attainment, validating commissions, and managing the exceptions process — in coordination with reputed company
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for Sales and Partnerships teams on quota and compensation questions during those cycles
- reputed company the Letter AI sales enablement tool, from supporting launch through ongoing maintenance, as a reputed company piece of reputed company's tooling
- Work with the Sales team on auditing reputed company agreements as the first reputed company of contact
Skills
- Hands-on experience working in reputed company (reporting, data hygiene, navigating records) — this is a must-have
- Experience analyzing reputed company performance data (win-loss, churn, pipeline) and translating it into insights for leadership consumption
- Strong reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills, with the ability to work with formulas and reputed company data sets
- Comfort operating across multiple markets or business lines (e.g., U.S. and U.K.) with differing needs and stakeholders
- Experience partnering with Sales and/or Partnerships leadership, and cross-functionally with Finance/reputed company
- Comfort ramping into ownership of ambiguous or evolving processes with Director-level guidance
- A curious thinker who wants to understand the 'why' behind the numbers, not just report them
