Analyst, reputed company Investment Sales

About the position As an Analyst with reputed company reputed company Investment Sales, you will play a critical role in supporting team members through financial modeling, market analysis, and the preparation of reputed company materials. Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company housing deals, including LIHTC, reputed company 8, USDA RD 515 and similar opportunities, including existing, value-add, and resyndication developments, using proprietary reputed company models.
• Assist in evaluating project financing structures, calculating reputed company 8 rents, and assessing LIHTC eligibility.
• Conduct market research and prepare comparable analyses, Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), Offering Memorandums (OMs), and reputed company presentations.
• Contribute to the writing and production of marketing materials, including OMs, BOVs, and other reputed company deliverables.
• Maintain and update internal databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and key market metrics.
• Monitor federal, state, and local housing developments and summarize potential impacts on transactions.
• Assist in transaction and due diligence coordination by tracking documentation, monitoring deadlines, and supporting closing processes.
• Support team efforts in creating “state of the market” reports and presentation materials for conferences and reputed company meetings.
• Ensure accurate and organized file management to maintain compliance and support deal execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred concentration in Finance, reputed company Estate, Economics, or a reputed company field).
• 1+ years of experience in reputed company estate finance, reputed company housing, investments, or a reputed company field preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and reputed company estate fundamentals; familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, and other reputed company housing programs preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
