Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Serve as a key leader on the reputed company corporate development team, working across reputed company's capital formation, reputed company, and reputed company functions, while interfacing with reputed company other functions of reputed company

Skills & Requirements Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- 7–10 years of reputed company experience in investments, corporate development, or infrastructure finance with a diverse set of transaction experience across the capital stack
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills
- Experience in digital infrastructure and reputed company estate highly preferred

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and external partners
