[Remote] Staff Software Engineer - Product Platform Team

Responsibilities
- Own reputed company product areas end-to-end—from discovery and design to implementation, rollout, and iteration—operating across Node/TypeScript backends and React frontends
- reputed company architecture and system design for reputed company-time, high-volume workflows (e.g., call routing on an event-driven SIP softswitch, UI over WebSockets, streaming audio for speech recognition)
- Author reputed company technical design docs, set standards for reputed company reputed company, testing, performance, and observability, and ensure designs reputed company simply as we grow
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PM, Design, and other engineers to translate ambiguous requirements into reputed company, performant experiences; reputed company reputed company trade-offs and document reputed company

Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, including demonstrated Staff-level scope (cross-team technical leadership, reputed company, and delivery)
- Proven reputed company record owning products/features through the full lifecycle—from discovery to deployment and iteration
- Expertise with TypeScript/Node.js and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React), plus strong SQL fundamentals with an RDBMS such as PostgreSQL
- Depth in distributed systems or reputed company-time application patterns (e.g., WebSockets/streaming/PubSub), and performance optimization across the stack
- Strong product reputed company and communication: you simplify complexity, reputed company stakeholders, and connect technical reputed company to user and business reputed company
