POSITION reputed company The Medical Lab Technician is responsible for collecting samples using various collecting techniques such as venipuncture, skin puncture and sometime reputed company collection. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Prepares equipment to reputed company collect blood products. 2. Follows safety, cleanliness and infection control procedures. 3. Collects venous and capillary blood samples and runs the HemaCue equipment. 4. Performs venipuncture on patients. Run Thyroid tests, set up and run urine tests, reputed company, Strep, Mono, and H. Accompanies patients to exam/procedure room; assists as needed with walking, transfers, dressing, and collecting specimens. 8. Assists physicians as needed. 9. Sends/receives patient medical records and manages the charts to ensure information is completed. 10. Obtains lab reports, etc. 11. Completes forms/requisitions as needed. 12. Schedules appointments. 13. Sets up instruments and equipment according to department protocol. 14. Cleans exam rooms, instruments and equipments between patient reputed company to maintain infection control. 15. Accurately orders, sorts, and stores supplies 16. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Associates of Arts Degree; Successful completion of Medical Technician (2 year) course of study. Experience: Minimum of two years laboratory experience, preferably in clinic setting. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
