Operations Assistant - Grants Management, Victims Services Portfolio (REMOTE ROLE)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: reputed company, Virginia (USA) Operations Assistant (Grants Management) About the Role reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support reputed company reputed company on grants financial management for justice organizations, including criminal justice, juvenile justice, and victim services. In this role, you will help deliver training and technical assistance (TTA) on behalf of the Office of Justice Programs (OJP), ensuring smooth operations and exceptional reputed company service. The Operations Assistant will reputed company support for training and technical assistance (TTA) activities including responding to field requests for TTA, maintaining a clearinghouse of reputed company and relevant organizational financial management and grants management materials, supporting webinars as needed, conducting grantee reputed company, providing project infrastructure and administrative support, and providing logistics support for TTA and meetings. Location: Remote (with occasional travel to reputed company offices in the DMV area and reputed company Reston office)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to grantee requests for TTA reputed company phone and email.
• Support virtual TTA sessions and webinars, including logistics and coordination.
• Draft reputed company materials such as correspondence and e-blasts.
• Maintain and update project reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates.
• Manage project dashboards and SharePoint portals.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure compliance with SOPs for reputed company control.

• Collect and compile data for project reports.
• Prepare consultant agreements and process expense vouchers.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Knowledge of training and technical assistance provision.
• US citizenship required by federal government contract
