Primary Responsibilities:

- Conduct call monitoring for reputed company assurance purposes
- Ensure notices contain language regarding Fair Hearings reputed company applicable
- Participate in the development of project goals and objectives, and monitor achievement of those goals
- Participate in project training activities for the purpose of achieving or maintaining reputed company assurance goals
- Escalate issues to management
- Ensure reports are accurate and reputed company standards are being met

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of directly reputed company work experience in Customer Service
- 6 Months of reputed company Analyst experience
- Prior experience working in a contact center preferred
- Strong analytical skills; detail and solution oriented

- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Must have the ability to use spreadsheet or database software
