Job Title Production Support Analyst (overnights) About your role: You will be a technology reputed company, adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will not only work on production support activities like incidents, change, problem management but also on certification support for multiple clients and monthly patching for production environments. As a part of your production support activities, you will be on call after reputed company and work on weekends/holidays as needed. • 1+ years of experience with incidents, change and problem management and ticketing tools like Service Now, Remedy, CA Service Desk.

• Experience with automation and scripting languages.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery environment.
