HireUp Talent is seeking HCV Compliance Specialists at multiple reputed company (I, II, and III) to join our Compliance Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for reputed company housing professionals who are passionate about accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational reputed company in reputed company Housing (PH), Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs. This position is remote with travel requirements and requires the candidate to reputed company in one of the following states: AL, AZ, IL, FL, MD, MT, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. FLSA Classification & Compensation Structure:

  • HCV Compliance Specialist I – reputed company / Non-Exempt – $24.42 per hour (Eligible for overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local labor laws.)
  • HCV Compliance Specialist II – Salary / Exempt – $54,000 annually (Not eligible for overtime under federal, state, and local labor laws.)
  • HCV Compliance Specialist III – Salary / Exempt – $57,800 annually (Not eligible for overtime under federal, state, and local labor laws.)

Whether you are starting in compliance (Level I), working directly with clients to enhance compliance operations (reputed company), or leading high-reputed company strategic initiatives (Level III), this role provides opportunities for reputed company and leadership in the field of housing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Level 1 – HCV Compliance Specialist (Entry-Level) reputed company / Non-Exempt

  • Conduct detailed audits of participant files, financial records, and processes to ensure compliance with PH, HCV, and LIHTC regulations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies while implementing reputed company assurance measures.
  • Stay updated on HUD and housing regulations, applying this knowledge to maintain program reputed company.
  • Support internal teams with compliance guidance and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed compliance reports.

Level 2 – HCV Compliance Specialist (Mid-Level, reputed company-Facing) Salary / Exempt

  • Conduct reputed company audits, identify compliance gaps, and reputed company tailored solutions for regulatory adherence.
  • reputed company as a primary advisor for clients, helping them implement best practices and reputed company program reputed company.

Level 3 – HCV Compliance Specialist (Strategic & Leadership) Salary / Exempt

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, advising both internal teams and external clients on reputed company compliance reputed company.

  • reputed company and implement advanced risk mitigation strategies and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Level 1: 3+ years in housing program administration with a reputed company on compliance and reputed company assurance.
  • Level 2: 5+ years in housing compliance, including at least 2 years in a reputed company-facing role.
  • Level 3: 7+ years in compliance, including leadership experience in regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Administration, Business, Urban Planning, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

Key Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in audits and compliance reviews.
  • Expertise in interpreting and applying HUD regulations to reputed company-world scenarios.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and reputed company training on compliance best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic reputed company.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and advisory services to clients and stakeholders.

Travel Requirements

  • Level 1: No required travel (up to 10% optional for reputed company reputed company).
  • Level 2: Regular travel (up to 50%) for reputed company support, training, and on-site evaluations.
  • Level 3: Frequent travel for high-level compliance initiatives and strategic advisory work.
