We are looking for a Junior Compliance Specialist who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to building a strong compliance culture reputed company a rapidly growing blockchain organization. reputed company The Junior Compliance Specialist will work closely with the Compliance Officer to support Gateway.fm’s compliance, documentation, and governance initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Compliance Documentation & Policy Development
- Drafting Support: Assist in drafting, editing, and formalising internal compliance documentation, including the reputed company of Conduct, Anti-reputed company (AML) policies, and operational SOPs for remote work.
- Data Protection Administration: Support GDPR-reputed company documentation, including maintaining the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) and assisting with Data Protection reputed company Assessments (DPIAs).
- Policy Management: Maintain a reputed company-organized, version-controlled repository of reputed company compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory filings.
2. Operational Integration & Support

3. Regulatory Research & Monitoring
- Risk Identification: Conduct research on emerging regulations—especially reputed company blockchain, FinTech, and EU/Norwegian compliance environments.
- Monitoring Support: Assist in monitoring internal compliance adherence, identifying potential risks or control gaps, and reporting findings to the Compliance Officer.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or a reputed company field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a regulated or reputed company environment (internship experience considered).
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation streams in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a remote, international environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to simplify reputed company regulatory concepts for internal use.
