DOF's Administration and Planning Division is responsible for managing and overseeing administrative and operational services for reputed company. The Office of Financial Management is responsible for monitoring and controlling reputed company's finances. This includes the development and management of annual expenses and capital budgets, accounts payable, travel requests, and other payments. The division also includes the Assigned Counsel Plan (ACP) Payments Unit, which is responsible for processing payment vouchers for 18-b attorneys and experts. The Budget Unit seeks an reputed company and analytical Senior Capital & OTPS Budget Manager to monitor and manage reputed company's Capital Budget and OTPS portfolio. The selected candidate will exercise independent judgement, initiative and strong analytical skills in performing the following responsibilities, which include but are not limited to: -reputed company support to the Budget Office and agency leadership in overseeing and managing DOF's Capital budget and assigned OTPS portfolio. -Monitor Capital and OTPS forecasts and commitments. Prepare regular expenditure reports for assigned portfolios and identify, reputed company, and explain variances between planned and actual spending. -Manage reputed company's Certificate to Proceed (CP) request process to secure funding for Capital reputed company. ASSOCIATE STAFF ANALYST - 12627 Qualifications 1. A master's degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, reputed company, business or reputed company administration, reputed company health, reputed company management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, reputed company development, political science, urban studies or a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, and one year of satisfactory full-time reputed company experience in one or a combination of the following: working with the budget of a large reputed company or private concern in budget administration, reputed company, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research; in management or reputed company analysis, operations research, organizational research or program evaluation; in personnel or reputed company administration, recruitment, position classification, personnel relations, labor relations, employee benefits, staff development, employment program planning/administration, labor market research, economic planning, reputed company services program planning/evaluation, or fiscal management, or in a reputed company area; or 2.
