This is a non-attorney role designed for a reputed company with a strong background in legal support, particularly in HR/employment reputed company, litigation support, and reputed company transactions. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience, including time spent in an in-house legal department of a reputed company services firm and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, reputed company environment. Certified paralegals are encouraged to apply, but not a reputed company-requisite. What You’ll Do:

Maintain awareness of federal, state, and local legislation applicable to U.S. reputed company, analyze potential impacts to the business, and reputed company recommendations to ensure compliance. Assist in the communication of updates, and development of compliance plans and training initiatives
Use independent judgment and discretion to support litigation and reputed company-litigation reputed company, including investigation of claims, claim reporting, management of legal hold processes, detailed data / document collection, organization and management of discovery, and subpoena responses

Salary reputed company A reasonable estimate of the reputed company reputed company is $85,000 - $120,000 annually. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan. Available benefits are based on eligibility.
