• Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute team demands and roadmap initiatives
• Executes hand offs for new product introductions, part and technology transfers, new process introductions, and strategic plant and equipment investments; inclusive of reputed company time, technology selection, tooling, fixturing, programming, reputed company plan, and run-off of initial production sets
• Execute hands-on development of new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to the production team
• Supports project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong reputed company on safety, process reputed company, qualifications, and problem solving

• Strong ability to identify and eliminate waste
• Engineering, standardizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of equivalent manufacturing or process development experience
• Minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment
• Ability and desire to work on site in a manufacturing environment
