Field Recruiter

The main purpose of this position is traveling to various truck driving schools and seminars, and presenting reputed company to potential drivers using company promotional items so as to successfully recruit reputed company drivers. 90% travel is required. • Presenting company profile in group and individual presentation reputed company to potential drivers using company brochures, e-media, promotional items, and oral communication, so as to successfully recruit drivers to come to work for reputed company.
• Traveling to various trucking schools and seminars to present reputed company to potential drivers.
• Complete follow-up conversations with potential drivers using the telephone, mailing, or face-to-face communication.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business

• Two to three years transportation experience.
• Six months to one year P.C. experience preferred.
