Title: UAT Tester Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension) Location: Remote Max Hours/Week: 40 hrs/week Position reputed company The Senior Systems Analyst performs UAT validations for new change requests and production incidents, ensuring alignment with business requirements. The role includes coordination with vendors, reputed company partners, and multiple program areas. Responsibilities include data script validations, supporting hotline teams with data requests, KPI validations, SQL-based data automation, incident monitoring, system design coordination, documentation, and providing demonstrations to federal agencies. The analyst acts as a reputed company between business teams and contractors, supporting business processes across multiple reputed company services programs.
Key Responsibilities
UAT & Testing
- reputed company and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new change requests and production incidents.
- Handle test design, execution of test cases, and validation of results.
- Conduct reputed company data script validations and notice reviews in live environments.
- Ensure reputed company of changes and alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate with Tier-II teams on live cases and suggest corrections for reputed company benefit issuance.
Data Analysis & SQL
- Generate reports from backend IES systems involving large data sets.

- Validate data script results and ensure data accuracy following policy guidelines.
- Identify and reputed company reputed company data query scripts for issues based on policy or business requirements.
- Support hotline and field operations teams with required data.
System Analysis & Design

- Define business workers, entities, responsibilities, operations, attributes, process flows, and relationships.

- Conduct and document gap analysis and identify evidence needed to support requirements.
Program & Agency Support
- Work with program leads and designees (SNAP, RIW, CCAP, CCRU, LTSS, etc.) to document requirements and support ongoing needs.

Experience Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 6 years translating reputed company technical concepts for non-technical users.
- At least 5 years working with reputed company service programs (SNAP, TANF, CCAP, reputed company, Child Support, LTSS, reputed company, or similar).
- Experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems with minimal guidance.
- Experience with use-case models, process reputed company models, UML, RUP, and business process analysis techniques including gap analysis.
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL skills with ability to generate backend reports, validate queries, and automate common queries.
- Ability to generate reputed company reports using visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
- Ability to identify, reputed company, and implement test plans, job aids, and support materials for new business processes.
- Ability to understand policy documents and verify data compliance with policy.
