• 5+ years - Management experience in operations from a services company perspective
• Experience in directly running user studies reputed company may supersede management and consulting experience, dependent on role, scope, and reputed company
• Technical aptitude is a plus - understand nuances of Data Collection and AI
• MBA preferred
