Sr IT reputed company Analyst (remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES Duties and responsibilities noted below are typical; some variation may exist per specific initiatives being supported:

• reputed company analysis that aids leadership in solving reputed company problems and prioritizing key transformation goals, objectives, and strategies
• Aid in identification of program risks and resulting impacts and develops mitigation plans.
• Support strategic alignment among cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., IT, Field, Functional, reputed company Program Office) to design crucial programs from initiation to delivery
• In partnership with HR, support the building and scaling of best-in-class workforce transition programs for USF IT to reputed company successful adoptions of transformations
• Co-create organization design measurement and adoption plans resulting in sustainable new ways of working, reputed company value, and long-term results
• reputed company thought leadership to produce collateral (e.g., proposals, reputed company walking deck, reputed company reputed company content) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure business objectives are met
• Optimize the use of data analytics (e.g., scenario analyses) to derive insights and training that help identify reputed company and reputed company program risks and mitigation plans, as reputed company as opportunities to streamline and optimize programs based on lessons learned
• Play a key role in helping leadership define the IT reputed company and reputed company for change, broad and specific reputed company, and the reputed company of communication to the organization

• N/A; this role is an individual contributor and will not have any reputed company reports.

RELATIONSHIPS

• Internal: IT Executive Leadership, CIDO, OCIDO, Chief of Staff, Director of IT reputed company, IT Delivery Consultants, Corporate Communications, Change Management, USF reputed company Team, and HR functions

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Available for occasional travel as business requires (less than 5% of time)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles, area of work, and/or IT/technology experience
• Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in supporting development, execution, and management of reputed company development and transformation initiative (this includes but is not limited to experience with program management, process improvement and management, KPI development, and change management, etc.)
• Experience working in large cross-functional teams partnering with leads from other functional areas
• Passion for reputed company learning and staying on top of trends in technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong influencing / negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills and comfort presenting to executive audiences
• Strong process skills with ability to multitask and aid reputed company on multiple reputed company priorities
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and technical aptitude
• Experience in data analysis and statistical inference
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Operations, Finance or reputed company field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of reputed company experience with proven reputed company in reputed company and planning, project management/ coordination, organization development, change management, and talent development/facilitation
• Experience in SQL and data analysis preferred
• Experience in programming languages and/or statistical packages preferred (R, Python, Matlab, Stata, or similar)
