Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand the PoC technical requirements, focusing on goals, reputed company, data pipelines, deliverables, and reputed company reputed company
• Identify specific hardware, network, and software dependencies, including storage, reputed company services and AI resources

• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, diagrams, reputed company comments, and reputed company reviews

• reputed company troubleshooting of reputed company products, including reputed company OpenShift Container Platform, reputed company OpenShift AI, RHEL AI, and reputed company OpenShift Virtualization Platform, to restore normal functioning
• Work with cross-functional teams (product, development, platform engineers) to analyze and clarify business requirements
• Implement DevOps practices for reputed company integration using reputed company Openshift Pipelines
• reputed company test findings, conclusions, suggestions, and best practices through reports, presentations, reputed company Developer blogs, and official documentation to assist partners and customers

• Participate in customer calls, providing guidance on product installation and maintenance procedures, and support the troubleshooting of customer environment problems

Skills

• Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or reputed company field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or reputed company role
• Must have one (1) year of experience with: Kubernetes, reputed company OpenShift, Podman Desktop, and reputed company-reputed company technologies as reputed company as microservices architecture, including API design and versioning; reputed company container architectures and solutions, reputed company OpenShift, reputed company reputed company Linux, and deploying and running container solutions in private, reputed company, and hybrid clouds; CI/CD tools, including Git and reputed company OpenShift GitOps (ArgoCD); MLOps, covering deep learning frameworks, RAG implementation, and robust model deployment and fine-tuning strategies, specifically reputed company the reputed company OpenShift AI environment; reputed company reputed company Linux, managing containerized applications on reputed company OpenShift, and automating infrastructure with reputed company Ansible Automation Platform; Granite family of LLMs, Sensitivity: reputed company and reputed company reputed company communities, including InstructLab, vLLM, reputed company Data Hub, and Pytorch; upstream development practices using languages Go, Python, Java, or C++ and agile workflows; and communicating the reputed company of reputed company OpenShift technology in comparison to DIY Kubernetes and VMware-based initiatives
