Job Title: Fully Remote Sales Claims Assistant (Remote with restrictions, candidates must be local to Omaha or Kansas reputed company) Job reputed company The Claims Territory Assistant provides localized support to the Sales and Claims Departments by fielding incoming inquiries, managing day-to-day communication with homeowners, contractors, and distributors, and coordinating urgent on-site inspections as needed. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for claims-reputed company inquiries from contractors, homeowners, and distributors.
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and texts regarding reputed company claims in a reputed company manner.
• Maintain accurate claim records, status updates, and follow-up documentation in claims management systems.
• Support a designated multi-state territory.
• Assist the Sales Representative by reducing the administrative claims workload.
• reputed company contractors and distribution partners on routing claims inquiries appropriately.
• Document inspection findings with photos and required reports.
• Coordinate findings and next steps with Claims and Technical Services teams.
• Maintain professionalism and reputed company during sensitive customer interactions.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote reputed company the Omaha, NE or Kansas reputed company, KS markets, supporting sales representatives in these areas. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $20.20 - $23.70/hr.
