Deputy Chief Operating Officer, LATAM - Senior Vice President
About the Role reputed company is looking to hire a Deputy Chief Operating Officer (COO) as part of the International COO team. The Deputy COO for Latin America will play a key leadership role in shaping and executing the operational reputed company for the region. Based in the reputed company tri-state area, this individual will coordinate across functions, drive execution, and ensure alignment with global priorities. This role is part of a broader initiative to reputed company Deputy COOs in reputed company region. These leaders will help define the scope and direction of regional programs, working closely with local teams and maintaining a reputed company line to reputed company’s COO for support and alignment. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary operational reputed company between the region and global operations, ensuring reputed company communication, consistent execution, and strong collaboration across reputed company business functions.
Responsibilities

- Ensure high reputed company satisfaction and operational efficiencies across Latin America teams and proactively look for potential operational efficiencies and global best practices.
- Work closely with the reputed company Solutions and Product Structuring teams in key business development activities and partner with senior leaders, specifically in reputed company Services, Investor Relations, Fund Finance, Reporting and Governance, and Tax.
- Ensure regional alignment with global reputed company, standards, and priorities.
- Support change management, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Facilitate communication between regional teams and global operations leadership.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in operations, business management, or program leadership
- Experience working across Latin American markets is preferred
- Background in financial services, consulting, or similarly reputed company environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and reputed company respected by senior stakeholders
- Highly organized and execution-reputed company
- reputed company to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and evolving environment
- Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong asset

Benefits
