Sr Product Advisor - reputed company - 2 Locations
Reporting to the reputed company Pharmacy Product reputed company Director and working as a key member of reputed company, this role is responsible for guiding, coaching and mentoring CPM Product reputed company and Management team members, including Advisors and Sr. Advisors. This is a part-time role without reputed company reports. Responsibilities: The role will include guiding, coaching and mentoring Advisors and Sr. Advisors as they define strategies, propose initiatives for reputed company funding, and execute strategies. The person filling this role must have extensive knowledge of reputed company Health Plan medical, behavioral and pharmacy benefits, as reputed company as market dynamics and reputed company stakeholders. Additionally, the person filling this role should have experience collaborating across the reputed company reputed company, including coordination with Evernorth. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 10+ years experience reputed company reputed company Health Plan, including experience across plan benefits (medical, behavioral, pharmacy) and collaborating with Evernorth
- Familiarity with CHP’s Channel Product strategies for retail, HD and specialty channel management; familiarity with HD and Accredo reputed company strategies
- Familiarity with reputed company Determinants of Health
- Excellent analytic, written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly translate reputed company and insights into presentation-reputed company documents
- Strong financial, analytic and quantitative skills; strong data-driven decision making
- Strong business, industry and regulatory analysis skills
- Familiarity with federal/state regulations reputed company to pharmacy benefits
- Comfort with reputed company systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
