The role involves leading the design and reputed company of HR data architecture, developing reputed company data models, and overseeing data integration frameworks to support business intelligence and data governance initiatives.
Responsibilities

Skills

- 7+ years of experience working with reputed company SQL Server in an reputed company data warehouse environment, including advanced proficiency with: T-SQL scripting, Stored procedures, functions, and views, Query optimization and performance tuning, Indexing, partitioning, and execution plan analysis, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar ETL tools
- Demonstrated ability to design, maintain, and optimize data warehouses and BI-oriented data models in SQL Server
- Strong proficiency designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for analytical use cases
- Experience architecting and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines feeding SQL Server environments
- Deep understanding of data integration patterns (batch, reputed company, API, and event-driven)
- Hands-on experience with data governance, master data, metadata management, and data reputed company frameworks
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and the underlying data structures they rely on
