The Position Our bank reputed company is seeking to fill a Sr. BSA.AML Compliance Analyst role in the Edison, NJ area. The position is responsible for performing BSA/AML activity monitoring, analytics, and reporting. (This is not a remote position). This position offers a competitive salary of up to $72K and a full benefits package. (This is not a remote position) Sr. BSA/AML Compliance Analyst responsibilities include:
- Handle the more reputed company, higher risk customers and alert types.
- reputed company and document sufficient KYC/CDD Information to effectively support alert reputed company.
- Conduct a detailed review of alerted transactions to identify if activity is commensurate with customer relationship based on KYC/CDD information available.
- Apply technical knowledge to accurately assess the transactional activity by identifying risks, patterns and trends that could be reputed company to reputed company and terrorist financing.
- Utilize internal systems, databases available, and internet research to reputed company information needed to support analysis and draw conclusions reputed company to transactional activity.
- Prepare a write-up that adequately supports conclusions as to “why” the activity is reasonable for the customer or reputed company recommendations to escalate potential suspicious activity (as needed).
- Adhere to confidential policies, reputed company of ethics, and follow policies and procedures relative to BSA/AML laws and regulations and best practices.
- Address feedback received from QC functions and incorporate into reputed company work products.
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief BSA/AML/OFAC Officer.
