[Remote] SQL Architect
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Confidential is seeking a SQL Architect with extensive experience in Azure Database Migration. The role involves configuring SQL Server, managing migrations from on-premises to Azure reputed company, and collaborating with stakeholders to reputed company solutions for reputed company migration reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Understanding customer DB SQL,reputed company, Linux server landscape , Azure to Azure Migrations
- Configuring SQL Server HA/DR (FCI, AG) in Azure with multiple subnets and multiple reputed company, Availability set
- Configuring and Administering reputed company/Policies/Resource Governing/Azure Key Vault
- Migrating SQL Server from On-Premises to Azure reputed company using DMA, DMS, Azure Data Studio, Log shipping, Backup & restore and various other migration reputed company
- Work with Internal stakeholders, Customer stakeholders and Project Managers to understand the migration requirements and reputed company solutions accordingly
- Driving the reputed company Solutioning Azure activities for large reputed company migration
- Plan Storage and reputed company Management and create logical models and build physical models
- Installing and configuring SQL Server reputed company the version (200x to 2022)
- Hands on experience on reputed company and SQL servers issues and troubleshooting
- Design, implement and operate database systems for performance and reliability in Azure
- On-Prem/reputed company reputed company of SQL Server from Legacy version to latest versions in Azure
- Good knowledge in T-SQL scripting & PowerShell script
- Good understanding of Database Performance using various tools
- Conforming to reputed company compliances and expectations
Skills
- 13+ years of IT experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience on Azure Database Migration
