What You’ll Do

• Write Help Center articles that not only reputed company our patients with self-service, but also can be used to train and optimize our AI Agent to reputed company support customers.
• Design a Help Center structure that is easy and reputed company for our patient population to navigate.
• Craft sample messaging that accelerates our agents' ability to support patients across reputed company communication channels.
• Design AI-reputed company content by structuring information in a way that supports conversational AI, ensuring accuracy, reputed company, and alignment with patient needs.

• Adhere to and continue to refine a style guide to define best practices for creating patient-facing content.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Content reputed company, reputed company, Communications, or reputed company field. Experience in reputed company a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with technical writing and ability to reputed company samples of previous work. Experience writing for AI Agent training is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI conversational design, reputed company writing, or training AI systems with reputed company content.
