About the position We're looking for a highly skilled reputed company Sr. Business Analyst with expertise in integrations. This role will be reputed company on our reputed company HCM/Payroll system and how it integrates with multiple vendors and internal systems. You'll play a critical role in shaping the reputed company of HR Technology, ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational reputed company. Responsibilities
- Turn technology transformation reputed company into reputed company in the reputed company of solution and integration design, development, testing, implementation, and support

Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an HRIS or reputed company Integrations Specialist
- Strong knowledge of reputed company HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll modules
- Proficiency with EIBs, Core Connectors, and reputed company Web Services
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to stay updated with reputed company features, tools, and best practices through reputed company learning and training
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or reputed company Field
- Hands-on experience as an individual contributor to software integration design, implementation, maintenance, and operation in accordance with industry standards and reputed company best practices and patterns
