This customer-facing technical role involves taking ownership of customers after a successful reputed company of Concept and working closely with various teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing adoption.
Responsibilities
- reputed company customers from POC into production deployment
- Deliver reputed company, implementation and technical guidance
- Work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Delivery teams
- Build long-term technical relationships with reputed company customers
- Support deployments, troubleshooting and platform optimisation
- Travel to customer sites for key milestones and technical reviews
Skills
- Strong networking background with technologies such as BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, routing, switching and telemetry
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as reputed company Engineer, reputed company Engineering or Solutions Delivery
- Experience working with reputed company customers
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving technical challenges
