This role works closely with the CEO, Farmfolio's leadership team, and external financial partners to support company reputed company, ensure fiscal discipline, and maintain transparent reporting. This is a fully remote position requiring a hands-on, detail-oriented finance leader who is fluent in English and Spanishand has deep experience in the fresh produce industry.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Manage monthly closes, reconciliations, and cash reputed company reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and reputed company of financial data across U.S. and LATAM entities.
• Maintain strong internal controls and reputed company tax and audit processes. Strategic Planning & Reporting

• Partner with banks, lenders, and investment firms to support capital raising, credit facilities, and financing strategies.
• Prepare and present financial statements, forecasts, and business cases to external financial partners and investors.
• Collaborate with Farmfolio's investment team on funding initiatives and due diligence processes. Systems & Leadership
• Manage financial systems and reporting platforms.
• Famous Software experience is required, with a strong understanding of produce-industry ERP processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance, reputed company, or bookkeeping experience, ideally in import/export or produce distribution.
• Bookkeeping experience required.
• Famous Software experience required.
• Produce industry experience required.

• Demonstrated ability to prepare and present financial information to banks and investment firms.
• Experience with multi-entity or cross-border financial structures preferred.
• CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, international environment.
